hello Aceie

Acey (I type his name Aceie because I like it this way :P) on the bookshelf.

I don't remember when the last time I played with Aceie was.
Aceie became more active and an outdoor cat.
It was nice that he decided to spend a few hours with me
in the basementon the first day in PA for the Thanksgiving holiday.

He's amazingly acrobatic.
He moves so smoothly.
He makes big jumps without making much effort.

Apparently, another of his special skills is
knocking down cups or anything left on countertops or tables.

I don't know why, but Aceie doesn't resemble any type of cat I've seen before.

Maybe, he is a bear?!

先週の木曜日はアメリカでは大きな祭日の一つ、Thanksgivingだったので、
ペンシルベニア州にあるEの実家に行ってきました。

Eが１０年来可愛がっていた愛猫ク－ポは
Thanksgivingの数週間前に他界してしまったのです。
他界するまでの数年、腎臓の問題があったのですが
それでも頑張ってきたクーポ。
体調が急激に悪くなってしまい、動物病院で静かに息を引き取りました。

Eの実家では、現在２匹猫がいます。
Aceie（エース、エーシィ）とMidge(ミッジ）。

Aceieの元の飼い主さん数年前に他界してしまい、
それ以来Eの家の住猫（？！！）に。
昔の飼い主さんはAceieを外に出したことがなかったようですが、
Eの家では外の世界も楽しんでるようです。

全身灰色とちょっと銀色がかかった猫ちゃんです。

数年・・・前にとったMidgeの写真。
シスター（Sister)というニックネームでも呼ばれているこの子がミッジ。
人にかまわれるのが本当に大嫌いで、
一匹狼・・・　孤独を本当に愛している方です。

頭でも撫でようとすれば、こっちのほうがひっかかれるぞ。
ちょっぴり凶暴ですが泣き声が本当に可愛い子。
この写真は自分の中ではお気に入りです。
５歳児がお昼ねから起こされて、機嫌が悪い！って顔。
してると、勝手に思っています。
